Who We Are
Smoky Mountain Sanctuary is a privately owned cabin retreat in Sevierville, Tennessee, created for families, friends, and couples who want the Smokies without the stress. We are not a large rental company. We are a small, hands-on operation built around one beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bath home that we care for personally, so every guest arrives to a space that is impeccably clean, fully stocked, and ready for the kind of trip people talk about long after they drive home.

Our home sits just 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, all on easy roads with no steep mountain switchbacks to navigate. Dollywood, The Island, dinner shows, Tanger Outlets, and hundreds of restaurants are minutes away, and the quiet comes right back the moment you turn into the driveway. Mornings start at the coffee bar, afternoons belong to the arcade, theater room, and pool table, and evenings end in the hot tub or around the firepit with s'mores under the stars. Every detail here, from the private key code check-in to the flat, easy parking, exists to make the stay simple.
